The quality of the software and its development process is constantly monitored to ensure it meets all requirements and satisfies the stakeholders. Quality of work is viewed as everyone’s responsibility within SBS Intellect.
Quality Assurance is prioritized and as part of our approach and methodology we start testing early which gives us and our clients a chance to focus attention on crucial areas that need it early on in projects ensuring important business risks are assessed and rectified promptly. Our quality review process evaluates, verifies and confirms client requirements on an ongoing basis during the entire implementation phase of a project.
The process includes ensuring adherence to coding standards. Collection and analysis of time needed to repair defective development as well as focusing on the continuous process of improvement is part of our quality assurance team’s ethics. A high value is placed on transparency and quality assurance results are shared openly with all stakeholders involved.
A standardized quality review process is followed and our methodology includes well defined documentation and standard templates which includes:
