1. Navigate to the Activity entity.
2. Open the e-mail Activity that you want to convert.
3. In the Actions toolbar, select the Convert Activity button, and then click the record type that you want to convert to. You can convert to:
· Opportunity
· Lead
· Response
· Case

In the dialog box, type the appropriate information.

4. Click OK.
I have 5+ years experience as a Dynamics NAV Consultant and currently my role is split between Dynamics NAV and Dynamics CRM.
My role as a Dynamics NAV Consulant has me involved in all System and User Testing, End- and Key-User Training and Support, Project Implementations, Upgrades and Requirements gathering & Design (front-end).
As a Dynamics CRM 2011 Specialist my duties range from Client Consulting (Analysis, Design, System Testing, User Training, Documentation) through Project Management, coordination of Implementations and managing our internal CRM Department.
